- Purchase: When you purchase the Group Ticket, you will be prompted to provide the name of the Single Registrant and the Company Name. This information will serve as your group’s primary point of contact.
- Attendee List: As part of the purchase process, you will have the opportunity to provide the names of each ticket holder within your group. We recommend collecting this information in advance to expedite the registration process.
- Entrance: On the day of the event, an attendee list with the names of all registered participants will be made available at the entrance. This ensures a quick and hassle-free check-in process for your entire group.
- Communication: Following your purchase, our event administrator will reach out to the Single Registrant (provided during purchase) to coordinate any additional details and address any questions or concerns your group may have.
